RETURN & REPLACE POLICY

Return Policy:

Customers may return their products for a 100% refund if they get only flaw products within 15 days of their order receipt but need to inform us immediately and as well send the photos of the damaged product as soon as you receive at: refund@woolseye.com must return in a brand new condition and in their original packing including Woolseye tag. Once we receive the goods then only Woolseye will go further process for a 100% refund including shipping charges if you have paid; don’t worry we are responsible for the return label as well.

Replace Policy:

Our first priority is to 100% refund of your payment after once we received the goods; remember if the Wool products we have send that is the only flaw, we are happy to replace it with free shipping costs and including return labels.

Exchange Policy:

It is accepted to exchange with other Cashmere products (except blankets), even if the Cashmere items are flawless but in this case, Customers have all the responsibility to pay for a return label and re-shipping charges (that cost from Nepal back to your addresses) for exchange or you can exchange in your next order.

Using a secure method to return goods back to our above addresses is the best way that you can claim in your country; if it lost on the way to the destination. Unless we don’t receive the return goods in our address no claim to refund or replacement. Please return back to us through the post office with registered mail, it will be much cheaper compared to DHL.
